We hold the powerful to account.

People, companies, and nonprofits facing their most consequential trials and appeals nationwide turn to us when results matter.

In the last two years, we have tried seven cases, obtaining more than $80 million in judgments from defendants represented by AmLaw 50 law firms. We have argued at the United States Supreme Court and the Colorado Supreme Court. And we have used our reputation and experience to settle significant cases for companies and individuals on favorable terms.

We have represented injured families seeking justice, defrauded consumers enforcing their rights, businesses and individuals fighting back against monopoly power, and Fortune 500 companies defending high-stakes disputes with other corporations. From individuals to the nation’s largest companies, we represent those who need exceptional lawyers to bring or defend their most important cases.

We work to advance our clients’ goals and the public interest through groundbreaking litigation and an unwavering commitment to integrity, quality, creativity, teamwork, and professionalism.
