Associate Attorney Opportunity
Olson Grimsley Kawanabe Hinchcliff & Murray LLC is seeking a full-time associate attorney beginning in 2025. We are a national litigation and trial firm that aims to advance the public interest by holding the powerful to account. The firm focuses on bringing important and innovative cases to trial—mostly on the plaintiff side—including some of the nation’s most significant mass tort, human rights, consumer, environmental, and constitutional litigation. REQUIREMENTS:
Between one and four years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney, which can include clerkships or fellowships
Excellent research and writing skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and face challenges with optimism
Enthusiasm for working on teams in dynamic and fast-paced environments and comfort collaborating closely with others
Judicial clerkship experience is strongly preferred but not required.
You must be admitted to the Colorado Bar, be eligible to waive into the Colorado Bar, or be able to sit for the July 2025 Colorado bar exam. The position is based in our Denver office and is not suitable for a candidate seeking full-time remote work. Case-related travel is required, including potentially lengthy trial-related travel, as Olson Grimsley litigates cases all over the country.
SALARY:
$180K-$250K per year, depending on experience, plus a discretionary bonus. We offer a 401K match, generous health insurance plans, paid parental leave, and a travel stipend for extended time away from home, including for trial.
