Law Week Colorado: ‘Only a Year in, Olson Grimsley Already Has Some Stories to Tell’

Law Week Colorado spotlights Olson Grimsley Kawanabe Hinchcliff & Murray LLC’s inaugural year of extraordinary cases and verdicts, featuring an interview with name partner Sean Grimsley on the firm’s mission to engage in public interest and plaintiffs work.

“I think all of us love litigating and trying cases, but we were getting a bit tired of doing so much defense side work,” Mr. Grimsley told Law Week Colorado. “And we wanted to figure out if there was a way to bring our skills together to create a firm that could do good, put simply. That involves public interest work, pro bono work and mostly plaintiff side work.”

The article details the firm’s first year of cases, including the landmark Trump v. Anderson case and the country’s first mass tort against the makers of premature infant formula, which resulted in a $60 million victory for the plaintiffs.
