Olson Grimsley Wins Colorado Supreme Court Decision in Fourteenth Amendment Litigation

Olson Grimsley is proud to be part of the team that prevailed in the Colorado Supreme Court yesterday in constitutional litigation to declare Donald Trump disqualified for public office under Section 3 of the Fourteenth Amendment. Eric Olson, Sean Grimsley, Jason Murray, and Isabel Broer were all part of the trial team that secured the trial court’s landmark decision, and Eric and Jason argued the case in the Colorado Supreme Court.
